OUR SUCCESS STORIES

Examples of How We Help Negotiate Change

Negotiating Change helped CASP make World Suicide Prevention Day in 2016 a record-breaking success. It's not that we did anything differently, but Negotiating Change helped us ensure that everything we did received the most attention possible from decision-makers.

I would encourage any NGO or charity frustrated with their engagement efforts to consult Negotiating Change. They made it fun and simple for us, and it returned results.

-- Tana Nash, Executive Director

Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention

Negotiating Change came in to help JA Waterloo Region when we were up against a tight grant application deadline with a substantial funding opportunity.  We didn’t have time or resources to pull a great proposal together by the deadline.

They sat down with me to understand our business and project, went away and completed relevant research, identified the appropriate funding stream and completed the application.  Throughout the process, they kept in touch and incorporated our comments and feedback.
